A&B Response was launched in 2021 after years of carrying out aftercare/defects work for many of our clients under the A&B Group banner.
Following the success of this and after excellent feedback from clients, we decided the time was right to take everything to another level.
We provide a ‘one stop’ facility for clients, to include all building trades, giving them the comfort of knowing all identified defects will be cleared.
Our team will contact residents to organise a date and time to carry out the works required and follow through to a satisfactory completion. We will also ensure the resident completes a customer satisfaction survey, the results of which will be logged and retained.
